Offer your patients an understanding in the origin of their depressive symptoms with the qualitative Karify Depression module. Which factors contributed to your patient’s depression? Together with your patient, you will explore different problem areas of life and attempt to find out what could help your patient to feel better.

Your patient will learn to challenge his negative thoughts and to redirect them into positive thoughts. The Depression module can help people who suffer from depression to think more positively and to gain more control over their lives.

  • Set up in 4 phases
  • Based on cognitive behavioral therapy
  • Usable both online and blended
  • Define your own pattern of alternation with face-to-face contacts
  • Provide online feedback
  • One-on-one contact via secure messages

The Depression module consists of 4 phases:

Phase 1: Understanding my problems
In this phase, the client becomes aware of his symptoms and their origin. The client is encouraged to actively assimilate this, and thereby he is offered information aimed at getting a better understanding of his symptoms.

• Phase 2: Self care and stress
The client will get to work on different areas of life. Attention will be paid to daily structure, sleeping, eating, exercise, stress and the social network of the client.

• Phase 3: Changing your thoughts
Recognizing and changing negative thought patterns are important parts of this treatment. This is done on the basis of a thought record and registration of successes.

• Phase 4: Looking ahead
This is the final phase of the treatment. The client writes down the elements of the treatment that helped him and he states goals for the future. Also, a relapse prevention plan is drawn up.
