Get to know Karify

What is eHealth?

Karify is a secured platform to communicate with your clinician, work on your treatment online, find information and manage your own record. These articles explain the functionalities and where to find them.

1. Healthspaces. By clicking on the button Healthspaces and then on your healthcare provider’s logo, you can navigate between your own ‘My Karify’ page and the Healthspace (online environment) of your healthcare organization.
2. Dashboard. On your dashboard, you can find information about your health care institution and the online assignments that your clinician has made available for you.
3. Library.  Here you can find documents, videos and other information that your clinicians uploaded.
   
4. My account. By clicking on your name in the top right corner you can edit your personal settings and you can log out.
   
5. My record. Here you can find the assignments that you submitted, and you can save personal documents.
   
6. Messages. Here you can exchange messages with your clinician(s).
   
7. E-consult. Some healthcare institutions use e-consults.

Why are some of the buttons in this overview not visible in my healthspace?

It is possible that some of the buttons named above are not visible to you, because your healthcare institution has decided not to use certain features that Karify offers.
